According to reports, Fuxin Special Steel Co., Ltd., a stainless steel producer in China, has completed the pile foundation of the stainless steel processing project and will install equipment by the end of 2019.

They will invest RMB 3.53 billion to build a stainless steel cold rolling line with an annual output of 400,000 tons. It mainly includes 330,000 tons of 2D/2B and 70,000 tons of BA coils. The supporting equipment is a vacuum oxygen degassing (VOD) furnace.

By then, the total annual production capacity of crude steel will reach 720,000 tons. The cold rolling capacity is 400,000 tons per year and the hot rolling capacity is 2.5 million tons per year.
