T 1, T 2 and T 3 are three grades of red copper. What are the differences among these three grades of red copper? The following are the main aspects:
1. Different copper content.
T 1 is the highest and purest pure copper, t 1 chemical composition: Cu + Ag Cuag: ≥99.95.
T2 copper refers to the copper-silver alloy, in which the copper + silver element content of copper can be more than 99.9% , namely, silver + copper + silver CuAq: 2999, there is no requirement for phosphorus.
The content of copper in T 3 is Cu + Ag cuag; ≥99.70.
2. The tensile strength of T1 pure copper with different strength: OB (MPa)≥295, elongation after breaking: 45% ~ 50% HBS: 35 ~ 40. The tensile strength of T 2 copper is AB (Mpa) & GT. 195, and the extension length is 45% ~ 50% HBS: 35 ~ 40. Tensile strength of T 3 Copper AB (MPal: & Gt. 210. Elongation after fracture: 45% ~ 50% HBS: 35 ~ 40. Tensile strength of T 4 copper is lower
3. T1 copper has good middle conductivity, heat conductivity, corrosion resistance and processability. It can be jointed and brazed. There are few impurities which reduce the conductivity and thermal conductivity, and little oxygen has little effect on the performance of conductivity, thermal conductivity and processing. T2 copper has good electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance and processability, can be welded and brazed. There are few impurities with lower conductivity and thermal conductivity, and trace oxygen has little effect on the properties of conductivity, heat conduction and processing, but it is easy to cause"Hydrogen disease". The content of copper in T 3 is lower than that in T 2. The content of copper in T 3 is higher than that in T 2.
