Grade 304 Stainless Steel Coils:

Hot-Rolled Stainless Steel Coils:

  • This hot rolling process reduces the thickness and increases the length/width of the steel.

  • Thicker cross-section compared to cold-rolled coils, typically ranging from 3mm to 12mm.
  • Exhibit higher strength and hardness due to the hot working process.
  • Have a distinctive mill scale appearance on the surface.
  • Lower formability and ductility compared to cold-rolled coils.
  • Generally have lower dimensional accuracy and tighter tolerances.
