Advantage of Hot rolled stainless steel sheet:

1. The strength of hot-rolled stainless steel plate is relatively low, and the surface quality is poor (oxidation/low finish), but good plasticity, generally medium-thickness plate, cold-rolled plate: high strength/high hardness, high surface finish, generally thin plate, can be used as Stamping board;

2.The hot-rolled stainless steel plate has a smooth surface, high plasticity, toughness and mechanical strength, and is resistant to corrosion by acids, alkaline gases, solutions and other media. It is an alloy steel that is not easy to rust, but it is not rust-free;
 
3. It can destroy the casting structure of the steel ingot, refine the grain of the steel, and eliminate the defects of the microstructure, so that the steel structure is dense and the mechanical properties are improved. This improvement is mainly reflected in the rolling direction, so that the steel is no longer isotropic to a certain extent; bubbles, cracks and looseness formed during casting can also be welded under high temperature and pressure.
